Your BiSaddle comes with a 1 year warranty on the surface padding and a lifetime warranty on the base frame/rails against manufacturer defects and only applies to the original owner. Wear and tear is not considered a defect. 

We cannot accept the return of any product that has been damaged or that has been involved in any crash or impact, as determined by BiSaddle.
