Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your saddle for another model of equal or lesser value, you may do so within the 30 day comfort guarantee. Exchanges will get free shipping. The saddle must be undamaged and clean when it arrives. If there is a price difference between your current saddle and the exchanged unit, we will refund you the difference, if applicable. If you want to swap to a model that requires additional payment, please contact us at [email protected] and we will invoice you the difference via email. 

Please note that the 30 day money back guarantee does not restart with exchanges. If you still wish to return after an exchange, you still have to complete it within the initial 30 days.
